Turn Signals

I can't stand it when people put their turn signal on after they're already turning. Well, no shit you're turning... we can SEE that. What is the point in signaling for something that you've already done!? Also, at the mall there are intersections where the incoming traffic isn't supposed to stop, and there is a sign that even says "incoming traffic proceed without stopping," yet people stop there like there's a stop sign all the time. Why? Can't they flippin' read? I wish no one was ever on the road except me at any given point that I wanted to drive. Maybe I'm just an asshole, or maybe half the people who drive are morons. Whatever.
